To begin securing your event date, please complete the reservation deposit below. Event dates remain tentative until both a signed agreement and required deposit are received.
Before Completing Your Reservation
Please review the following requirements outlined in the Embers of Tuscany Special Event Contract:
Submission of an event proposal does not reserve an event date.
Event reservations are confirmed only after:
Signed contract execution, and
Receipt of required reservation deposit
Deposits are applied toward your final event balance.
Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Final pricing will reflect confirmed guest counts, selected services, applicable beverage minimums, taxes, and service charges.
